Lives up to previous reviews, booked appointment online and received response within 24 hours for next day appointment. Nick attended on time, very polite, fully Covid compliant and explained everything he was doing to a complete novice, in terms I could understand. Replaced the battery and checked the system. Very reasonable price. Thank you

Already had a hard wired alarm system but it was fitted over 15 years ago so needed an upgrade or whole new system. Rochdale Alarms came round and recommended a new alarm box as a start and fixed connections for a new front door the door fitter would not reconnect so everything now works. Now getting an upgraded alarm in the next few weeks which combines hard wired and wireless technology if I've understood the chat we had correctly. I'm sure he will do a great job when its installed.

My alarm went off 6 times recently over a Saturday night. I contacted Nick first thing on Sunday morning, having used him before. He arranged to came round at 3.30 that afternoon. He arrived on time and sorted the problem out and explaining what the fault was. Would highly recommend Rochdale Alarms as your first choice for alarm systems.
A very 'Exemplary service.' Nick has attended my property 3 times now ,twice my fault..He works to a very high standard .Nick is highly knowledgable, efficient and professional in his field. I would highly recommend Nick in a 'heart beat',you would be in very safe hands..Answers any questions you may have clearly and comprehensively..He has always responded very quickly when had to call him out and always arrives promptly .A very friendly personable gentleman. Covid conscious as well. Will always give you good sound advice how to keep your alarm running smoothly E.G I had condensation issues in my home which was affecting my vibration contacts on windows and stopping my system from arming ,and if you see this review Nick 'Yes'it all worked, Thanku..His prices are very competItive which of course is a added bonus..Its very rare in this day and age to get such a high level of care and service!
