The pizza was delicious! I typically like a thicker crust but the white sauce, mushrooms, red onions, and mazarella were all wonderful flavors for my pallet. It was like a melding of goodness and joy piled on top of pizza dough and cooked over an open flame.if you're looking for a large pizza, this isn't the place. I shared it with one other person and while the taste was amazing, the portions could be a bit bigger. However, the dining area was clean and intimate. The staff that helped us were courteous and patient while I figured out what I wanted and I'll surely go back for another visit. They note that reservations are available and I can see how this place might get a little busy in the evenings, but around 1:45pm, I was in and out with no problem. Overall, it was well worth my time and money.

Great local pizza joint in Mid-City! Go to pizza place if I'm looking for a quality place that I don't feel like was unpacked out of the freezer and then baked to be delivered/picked-up. I do wish the crust was a little thicker, though. Not typically a fan of thing crust, but their crust is good either way. Service is generally always great, but sometimes I've encountered someone who may forget to check-in sometimes, or ask if anything is needed at the table. Their garlic knots are delicious, by the way.
Favorite pizza in BR. Baton Rouge is really blessed to have such a great establishment. Our favorite items: Sidewinder Fries - don't think I've ever had better fries in my life Garlic knots - that whipped provolone dip is to die for The Iverstine pizza - good meats, crowd favorite The Pesto pizza - my all time favorite. Has a little spicy kick to it. If you ever want to try something different get this The Pear pizza - my SO's fave. Not a fan of blue cheese so not really my thing but it's good Bananas foster pizza - if you've got a sweet tooth, you gotta try this. Service is fantastic too. I just ordered curbside carryout and the takeout dude was at my car within 20 seconds. That plus the ability to order online makes it so easy. Delivery is great too here. Sorry for the long review but they just check all the boxes. I'm so impressed with the Rocca team. Thank you from the bottom of my stomach.
Pizza is too wet, garlic knots were not cooked thoroughly, but the staff is super helpful and the brussel sprouts are amazing.
