Ordered online to make it easy - once I got there, I identified myself and my order only to find out that their system was having some trouble and they had not received my order yet. I showed them my confirmation email and they got right to work! The workers (one guy and one woman - did not get their names sorry :/) apologized as they cracked it out. Multiple times I mentioned it was alright and I completely understood but they took the time to.make each sandwich perfectly! You guys rocked it!

Always a nice person behind the counter. And they make my sandwiches just like I want.
Service was aweful. She was very rude. Acted annoyed every time someone walked up. She even made a face and rolled her eyes. Also burnt my sandwich because she was determined to finish building the next one. If she hates her job so much, she shouldn't work the public and find another job. Just because your upset, doesn't mean it's the customers fault. Please do quality checks on your employees or utilize secret shoppers.

I have never seen a subway that closed at 5pm before. Not even during the worst of the stay home orders. Can't say that their food is bad, because I was unable to order any at 7pm
