Fantastic place, he only place to take reptiles in Northumberland. With real specialists you can tell they know their stuff. Easy parking, polite staff and clean comfortable waiting room. Everything on site.

Very welcoming very friendly very efficient and extremely thorough in the consulting room, the surgery and the aftercare. I write not as a pet owner but as one involved with wild birds. One of which is currently in care and the attention that bird is receiving is as good as you or I might get in any hospital in the NE of England and a lot better than many we read about. If your dog, cat, budgie, horse or whatever is sick Robson and Prescott is the place to go.
Very friendly great service
Can’t fault the care provided for my chameleon by the staff at R&P every time I’ve had to take her in. They’ve always been knowledgable, caring and honest and do what’s best for the animal. Special thanks to the great exotics team and Sam, who gave up boxing day to make sure my pet got the emergency operation she needed. Thanks again!
Have all 3 of my cats registered there. The branch at Morpeth at Warrel Bank. Would recommend to anyone who requires animal help!
