Useless Company That Wasted mY Time & Money This company (RobinsonsRelo.com) delayed my shipping delivery date, then only gave 36 hours noticed for another date, then again with just 18 hours before another delivery date, they sent a Useless apathetic email saying they were not going to deliver all my shipping at once and they did not even give a date as to when they would complete the shipping. When we rightly objected. Then the manager Debbie told me she would cancel the delivery so we put a stop on the storage and the travel bookings to receive it only for another manager to send us another message that the shipping was still coming but still split in two deliveries! Madness, useless madness! What kind of Cowboy outfit can’t get the contents of 3 bed flat and garage delivered in the UK? Useless! Take your business to a professional that is not going to cut corners, waste your time and send over poor service.

The move day went really well attitude of the team was great, polite and courteous. So thanks to them. The reason for 1 star rating is mistakes happen, in the unboxing process there were some damaged goods. Nothing serious but damaged none the less and had a high RRP. Followed the compensation process as directed but it doesn’t hit the insurance criteria. I’m a big believer that common sense should prevail. Robinson’s has an opportunity to apply common sense. But all I got was a ‘computer says no’ and a goodwill gesture of 40. As far as I am concerned this is an insult to items that had a value of circa 700. My advice to anyone considering Robinson’s is to really look at the insurance policy... does it cover your needs because if you fall out of insurance criteria and a mistake (by the packers) is to happen. You will be out of pocket.
We had a great experience with Robinsons Removals. The sales team were really quick to respond to my initial enquiry with all the information required. On the day the removal crew were amazing, they arrived on time and were friendly and professional. They put me at ease and I definitely felt more relaxed. All our items were delivered safely with no damage. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Robinsons recently helped me move, they were great. Very organised and considerate, a really great and helpful crew that took the potential stress out of the day. They did the packing and were really thorough. They were amazing, especially as they were only a few days back to work after COVID lockdown and with all the extra regulations to consider. I would really recommend them.
