I found all the staff to be really friendly and very helpful. My old HiFi Amplifier is now up and running once again in my lounge thanks to the brilliant repair made to it. I also thought the cost of the repair was reasonable by todays standards. I would not hesitate in using them again and would highly recommend if you like a firm with the personal touch who still know how to talk to customers then this is the place you need to go to.
