Booked a time slot online. Staff very professional and helpful. Time was taken to talk through different styles and process of designing and ordering bespoke bedroom headboard. Price surprisingly competitive for such a bespoke item. Non pushy. Will definitely be returning to place an order once I get started on redecorating the bedroom.

We are one of the nationwide fitting partners for Robinsons, having worked with many retail, corporate and higher end furnishing companies we are proud to work with Robinsons. The team are lovely first of all, regardless who you speak to, and always the products are of the highest quality. Our impartial view on issues and mistakes is that they happen to all companies, and this is due to the fragile and larger nature of the boxes involved and often the overseas shipping. We can safely say out of all of our retail partners, Robinsons literally have a 100% hit rate with sorting any issues with our customers, and this should be a buyers focus. We all dream of having an error free experience but the crunch comes with finding a company who will deal with these issues consistently and to the satisfaction of the customers. Even taking ourselves, Robinsons have chosen us to help fit a number of projects, and the fact is we arent a cost focused company. Quality is second to non with us and this speaks testament to the kind of service Robinsons like to uphold. Furthermore, even during this difficult time for all, they consistently receive ongoing customers, which again is a sign of their focus and drive. So far we are a couple years in with our relationship, and we sincerely hope this continues for years to come

I don’t write reviews often but I feel I have to on this occasion as the aftercare service from this company has truly been first class. I am a private business owner and it is so rare to deal with a company these days who offer a true personal service to their customers like Robinson’s beds have to us. I Would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. If you need a bed or mattress don’t look anywhere else. Big thumbs up. Thanks guys..

Giving this review based on the quality of service by Leoni, one of the owners. Still awaiting the wardrobe lights for my expensive wardrobes. Please note, i bought 2 x double door fitted wardrobes for 2 rooms. The master has 3 sliding door wardrobes and then 3 pull out wardrobe doors fitted wardrobes. Plus I bought a super king bed and customised headboard. I got the internal sensor lights with the rest but not this particular wardrobe at the bottom. That were put in at the tail end of last year. Extreamly poor service. Although, the staff are lovely. Fed up chasing. Seen her the other day and she knew I was still upset but still no phone calls about anything. I'm sure rather than call to solve issue, she will blame the issue on something else. Making too much money and staining the family name. If, anything changes on a positive note then i will update. This maybe an isolated case but, I have based this entitled review on my experience.
