I really appreciated Surface Specialists' punctuality and professionalism through the whole process (including doing a super thorough job of cleaning stuff up before leaving). And most importantly the end product is absolutely great! Even my wife thought it turned out awesome (and she was a big skeptic); and several visitors since then have all remarked about how nice it looks (including our plumber who was installing new bath fixtures today).

Absolutely wonderful. Scott was a pleasure to work with and was very clear about what needed to be done prior. Dylan came out to do the work and he did an amazing job. Our shower looks brand new. Price was fair. I would definitely recommend their services.
Dylan repaired/painted the bottom of our previously painted (prior owner) and badly flaking fiberglass tub in Iowa City. He did a great job. The finished product is a big improvement for a reasonable price (actual price was right in the middle of the quoted range). Be prepared to be flexible on time as they are super busy, but they got us in within 3 weeks (we weren't in any rush so maybe they had openings sooner) and we were flexible on times on the day of as well as we did end up moving that around a bit. They did a good job of communicating with us throughout the process. I would happily work with them again.
Scott did a crack repair on our fiberglass tub/shower enclosure earlier this month. I was skeptical as to how it would look and about the integrity of the tub floor but I was truly amazed when he was done. There was give under the tub floor and he injected what he uses and fixed the crack and you would not know to look at it that there was ever a crack there. And the floor is solid under foot. Amazing job. I am hopeful it holds up. Only time will tell. I highly recommend this business.
Surface Specialists did a great job on the tub in my home two years ago and one at a rental property two months ago. Both had been surfaced before, and the rental one was in very rough condition (I didn't wasn't sure it could be saved). Scott was able to make both look like new - amazing. He was very professional, communicated perfectly, and exactly on time as promised. I highly recommend Surface Specialists and would call them again.
