I can honestly say the service I received from this branch ( Chelmsford) was fantastic from the 1st phone call to picking the car up 2 weeks later the whole team are great I dealt with jack . John. Pippa and Samantha all great and I’m sure there’s an Ian and another jack .. the communication from start to finish was great I would certainly tell people to buy there car from Peugeot Chelmsford thank you all for your help

Very happy with the service I got when buying my Peugeot 108 from there. Car is in good working order and no issues. Ian who served me was very friendly, polite and professional. There was regular communication maintained throughout the process of viewing , test driving and buying the car.

My new 3008 Peugeot GT is great, coupled with an outstanding dealer service from Robins & Day Peugeot Chelmsford, have all contributed to the best few weeks of my Peugeot ownership, that anyone could wish for. I don't live locally either, but I would recommend travelling a distance if you want to buy a Peugeot. The process of initial Sales enquiry, through to sourcing a car and then the handover and follow up have all been fantastic! Taking time to understand your detailed requirements, looking across the whole of the UK for any suitable cars and being patient whilst you decide the next steps. Interesting to note that some four weeks on, I'm still waiting to hear back from other local Peugeot dealers about buying a new 3008! Sorry for them, but good for Robins & Day! Darren, Sam and Pippa - nothing is too much trouble. Great communication, great handover and attention to detail. Even suggesting popping in for a chat when I’m in the area. I have just had my car serviced and MOT'd by this garage. I have had a top class service right from the time of booking to the collection and return of my car. The reception staff are pleasant and professional. The technician who picked up and returned my car was both friendly and professional. A real asset to your company. Well done everyone.
After spotting the car I wanted on the website I rang and got through to John and Ian who from start to finish were professional and helpful. I was pleased with Robins & Day Chelmsford and would definitely recommend as the whole experience was pleasant. Wasn't pressured into feeling 'I needed' to buy the car but was very helpful with finding out the information I needed. Fantastic Customer Service!! Thank you for the lovely car. Covid safe showroon.
