I cannot recommend this company enough. I ordered a Basis Beacon electric bike and unfortunately an error was made in the warehouse and the wrong model was sent. An immediate delivery was arranged of an alternative so we could decide which was best and return one of them. The manager couldn't apologise or do enough, arranged for collection and generously compensated me. If only customer service was this good everywhere! No quibble, no hassle. Oh, and the Basis Beacon e-bike is fantastic value for money. A very happy customer! Buy with confidence from e-bikes direct!

I have bought a whole fleet of ebikes through e-bikes direct and the customer service has been outstanding. One bike wasn't getting the range it should have been getting and David and Darren have gone out their way to get it fixed with as little hassle as possible. If your looking at getting an ebike you're in the right place, very knowledgeable staff with great service.

I ordered a bike in May 2020. It arrived with a broken mudguard. I promptly informed the company who assured me a replacement part would be sent out. When I did not receive the part, I emailed them again in July. Again same assurance, but no part received. I contacted them again in August. Again same assurance, but no part receive. I contacted them again in September and was again given the same assurance. I explained that each time I am given the assurance but then nothing happens and asked them to promise me that they would see the matter through to the end and ensure I receive the part. I still have not received it, nor an apology or explanation. I must advise potential customers to avoid this company given the post sales customer service that I have received.

I ordered an E bike for my wife's birthday it arrived in good time all set up just had to wind on the pedals. She loves it, really good products and good customer service.

Bought a Raleigh Motus 2020 Open Derailleur recently and cross threaded the pedals on assembly. On contacting e-bikes they were happy to send me both cranks and pedals - and crank extractor as well. They said there would be a time delay at their suppliers end but as promised the items duly arrived, along with a bike lock as a bonus. They replied promptly to my emails and I can only praise their excellent service in this matter.
