The team at Robert's were very helpful with the sale of our property. Cole was very professional and gave great advice with the marketing of our property; a delight to deal with. Cole and Jess undertook most of the viewings on our behalf, which was so helpful. Yvonne was very efficient in organising appointments and giving feedback following each viewing. We cannot speak highly enough of the whole team at the Ebbw Vale branch. Thank you all for making our move as painless as possible, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Roberts.

We had a wonderful experience selling our property with Roberts Ebbw Vale. We were well looked after by Jess and Cole in particular. We knew our house may be slightly trickier to sell, especially in the current market, and we felt they both went above and beyond to find us a buyer. We would definitely recommend using Roberts again.
Excellent service from the Ebbw Vale branch from the moment of valuation up until completion. Excellent communication from all members, Jess, Cole and Yvonne to ensure a smooth and quick process. Also great to have Jo, the sales chaser involved too to help keep us informed of any progress/ updates. Would definitely recommend and use again! Thank you!
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the team based at Ebbw Vale, for being so helpful and friendly throughout my purchase. However Jo Parsons deserves a special mention, as she was absolutely outstanding. Very professional, friendly, efficient and went the extra mile to ensure I was kept up to date, every step of the way. The level of service she provided exceeded my expectations. For me, this has turned what potentially could have been a very stressful experience and made it into a relatively pleasant one. I will be recommending Roberts estate agents to family and friends when their needs arise. Now to turn my house into a home……..
May I say a huge thank you to the team at Ebbw vale. COLE, JESS and EVONNE. Together they went above and beyond to find me my new home, offering there vast knowledge and experience guiding me through the whole process and pulling out all the stops to enable me to move into my new home in four weeks, yes four weeks from viewing to completion. Very happy to share this review and would recommend Roberts estate agents without hesitation. Thanks again, Nigel
