From the moment we engaged with Roberts & Denny's for our house move they have been nothing but superb. The office staff were really helpful, they gave us the quote and supported us with answers to questions which we had. The moment the removal guys turned up they got straight to work. A service which the team are very polite, friendly and professional, checking with us to ensure we were happy and we couldn't have asked any more from them. Would recommend to anyone looking for a removal service, very quick, efficient, reliable, trustworthy and professional

The service is second to none. Called them up out of the blue after getting a quote months before and they booked me in super easily and the staff on the phone where always very friendly I believe I spoke to Clare more than anyone. We ran out of boxes and needed more at short notice and they were more than happy to provide them (included in my price). Called me the evening before my move to tell me the guys would be there between 8-9, they arrived around 7:50 so nice and early to start. The guys who came to do the removal were Sam and Eren and they really were brilliant. They did everything for us, we felt like we were not doing enough to help but they just got on with it and considering there were only two of them they did everything very quickly. Due to a family emergency the previous evening we didn't take the bed apart and we asked if they would do it, we offered to pay more but they understood the situation and were more than happy to help us. The only thing that slowed them down was the sofa as it was hard to get out of the flat but they didn't give up and after much struggling they managed it (it was too big for the doorframes it wasn't anything to do with them). Once it was all packed up they went off to the storage unit and because of a delay with the key hand over we got held up. I felt confident enough to let them continue without us being there and by the time we got there most of the van was empty. In all they were slightly more expensive than a few other companies id asked (I didn't ask the big national companies so they might have been around their prices), but from the moment I got the quote I felt very happy using them and they are WELL worth the extra as they did everything for us and nothing was to much hassle Would 100% recommend them and if my new property was closer to them I would consider using them again.
Where to start... We had the most stressful moving day, Ali and his team could not have been any more reassuring, accommodating and in control. Their kind words and clear plan of action reassured us and we felt they had everything under control every step of the way. They were efficient and arrived early and full of beans. Not only were they amazing they were reasonably priced too! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone moving house
We would like to thank the chaps that moved us on Friday the 12th they were amazing and a very professional team. Would highly recommend this company.
