We have used Roberta Propane for years! They’ve always been quick to respond / call back and bring out propane. It always seems that we are below 5% before realizing it and they’ve always responded quickly. They pass along the reductions in propane prices and even repaired/replaced a part on our tank before it became a major problem (and very reasonably, I might add). Their employees have always been very pleasant and friendly to work with. We highly recommend Roberta Propane!

Such a great company. Always willing to help and go out of their way! I never have to wait longer than a day for gas to be delivered unlike other companies. There also isn’t any hidden fees. The price given is the price I pay.
I had to give him one star so I could write a review, If not they wouldn't got any stars from me. Here we go, They finally came out after a week of delays I need it one hole drilled in the floor in the living Room And A-line to the stove Everything else is there but no they wanted to put all new plumbing copper Tube why because they did not have the proper tools to cut a pipe so I said no thank you I'll look somewhere else the owner was with them but he look like he really didn't care if they do the job or not. Answer to review respond. Well everything turned out fine another company came out Inspected the lines the only thing Need it was to plug one line and Add A-line, They Said that steel lines were better than copper lines and charge me 60 comparing to your 600 wow
My tenant at my rental house paid him for propane on Monday, to be delivered on Tuesday. They delivered it to the wrong house, then today when he figured it out, they refused to deliver it because it was muddy. Told him they didn't want his business, and refunded most of his money. Meanwhile, he is left with no heat in 30 degree weather. Avoid this company if you want anything resembling customer service. They'll literally leave you out in the cold.
