Absolutely rude over mask bs. Not only is it against my constitutional right but there was no one in there. No matter how you feel about masks it's never ok to be rude and dismiss customers. By the way masks can't stop viruses so stop being dumb.

Exceptional customer service! Delicious food from good Christian southern folks! The restaurant is clean, tabletops are clean and the personnel is well dressed.
I love Big Chic. Food is awesome ,however we waited almost 30mins for food that has never taken more then 15mins at most. Then when we went to check on our food the worker (girl with dark hair and white mask) very rudely said “For future reference don’t move you’re vehicle so that we know where to bring your food. We had back up back to the drive through window to check on our food because they had asked us to pull up and we had been sitting for quite some time. She seemed to have to attitude before hand too. I have NEVER had a problem here before.
My every other day place to eat Love it staff is great
