They knew exactly what was wanted and appeared like magic at all the key times when support and guidance was needed. I had the privilege of sharing a seat on a flight from Aberdeen to Frankfurt with Mr. Robert Mackie, on January 17, 2017, during which we discussed extensively about his business. I must confess that I was most impressed both by Mr. Mackie's competence as well as by his Gentle-manliness. I recommend him to all.
