As a first time buyer, I was new to the whole process. Boy can it be stressful. I chose a rubbish solicitor, we had multiple set backs and covid didn't help. But the team at Robert Luff during the whole process were exceptional. Always friendly when I called, had great advice & helped me every step of the way. A special thank you James who helped deal with our awful solicitors. When I eventually come to sell, I know exactly where I'm going. Thanks you to everyone at Robert Luff that has helped me over the last few months. It is truly appreciated.

This team are outstanding. I was purchasing the property and they were so helpful from start to finish. They were always willing to help and made the process far less stressful than it could have been. If I ever sell this property, I will be sure to use this company.
James was good to deal with, quick to respond to queries, positive and realistic in his advice relating to selling a property during lockdown. Everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. We would use them again.
I have had a very good experience buying a property with Robert Luff Lancing, James and Jordan have been helpful and quick to respond to emails and phone requests, even through the COVID-19 restrictions. I would recommend this estate agency and would use again if the need arose.
James was very professional and answered any questions immediately he was always helpful when needed . Managed to get more than than the asking price too ! A much better experience than l expected .
