I am a regular shopper at Robert Dyas Stratford Upon Avon. Today I attempted to return a faulty item, and I was presented with statements like...\I'm not sure we can refund you as no one else has returned one of these before\ . When I asked what relevance that was to my faulty item, the lady called her manager......there was further debate before I was refunded fully......next time I won't be so polite.

What a really bad experience today. I entered the shop with the intention to buy few things but then I came across a very rude shop assistant called HOLLY. I POLITELY asked her if she could tell me the price of two items ( mini globe and pool table) as the price was not marked . It’s still not clear to me why she got so annoyed and told me to get the staff and take it to the till. At that moment SHE HAD NO CUSTOMERS in front of her, so she was there doing nothing. I was carrying a big bag and told her one of the item was too big to take it to the till. She told me that the item wasn’t big or heavy so I could do it myself!! I reminded her that her job was to help customers so very angrily she grabbed the items took it to the till and told me the Price. At that point I didn’t buy the things I needed or the two presents for my 6 years old boy and I just left. Will do my shopping somewhere else. Thank you . But this is not a good way to treat a REGULAR customer. Very disappointed .

Customer service could improve, though it does have a lot of gorgeous bits and bobs for the house!
