Rob is very professional and provides great insights. He proactively looks at ways to increase our business and comes to each of our meetings with new ideas and ways to improve. He is very patient as I learn the ropes and is always happy to provide explanations (sometimes for the third time!) when we are reviewing a lot of details. He seems to really know his stuff. We had a huge hill to climb when we first started, working through a complex web of ownership of our social media and Rob took it all on to figure it out, straighten it out and make it all work. I have worked with Rob over the past eight years as he managed the Adwords account for the hospital I work with.
