Don’t go to this branch. The receptionist wouldn’t even send me back to speak with a representative. I needed info reguarding a disability claim for an upcoming surgery and was told there was nothing they could do for me. Go to the Wytheville office. They genuinely care about helping you, and you don’t have to deal with the bureaucracy.
