Well even though I see and read all this negative reviews, I still give it 100% effort each day and so does my department co workers and leadership together working very hard making the difference . Yes mistakes are made frustrations at times are hard however at the end of each month you earned the rewards. Obtw pay is not bad if you show up to work.

Not a good company to work for. When your boss has you doing illegal things concerning health and gets away with it, and smudging counts on parts that's not a good sign. People pouring chemicals on the ground and nothings done. They will work you like a horse because someone above you can't do their job. Your boss says anything he feels no respect for employees, bullying goes on. Avoid this place at all cost. If you value your sanity.
This company is horrible. The pay sucks. The workers are over worked and underpaid. Then they fire you because you can't do a job they NEVER TRAINED you to do. They hire you for one position and then give you a totally different assignment once hired. Safety is non existent there. It won't be long before one of those guys they have working 20 feet in the air with no safety support falls and breaks their neck. I hate this company.
You leave one person with a huge ego and left to run part of a company into the ground with his minions, it's all bound to end in a bad way. No leadership, to many chiefs so you're getting the run around. The main guy in charge ( current vp of s&c) has no respect for employees, him and others are walking liabilities for this company. I see future lawsuits for this company to many illegal things going on.
