We did not have to wait long for an appointment. Tommy came to give us an estimate. He was pleasant, very knowledgeable, and informative without the hard-sell. It took only 2 days for Mario and Avery to install 26 windows. They were so efficient, hard workers, and friendly. They did a superb job caulking inside and outside which resulted in NO MORE LADY BUGS! When finished, they cleaned up EVERYTHING! They also washed all the windows! With everyone's lives being so busy, that was really appreciated. The windows are excellent quality with great insulation and very noise-reducing. I absolutely love that I can open the windows without struggle. It's easy to open from top or bottom with just one hand. There was always a quick response to any of our questions from Cindy at the office. From beginning to end, we had been very impressed with the way this company works. Kudos and a huge thank you to Tommy and Those Windows Guys!

I have now used Serenity Windows for 2 houses and I can say without question they are the best. Their installers are amazing. On my latest house, they installed 20 windows in a single day. Came back the following day and replaced all the sashes around the window. I also had them replace 2 sliding doors and replace a old wooden basement door. All are installed perfectly, insulated around them and work great! When they were done with my house, it looked like a new home and it was SOOOO quiet inside. Their windows and doors make a huge difference in heating/cooling and reducing outside noise. My sister has used them as well and we're both VERY happy with the end result. Now, I've talked about the product and the installers (both are awesome) but so are the owners. Tommy comes around to every job to check in and makes sure you're satisfied with the result. An added bonus on top of all of this is that they have the best prices on windows and doors in the valley as well. I can't recommend these folks enough. I hope that when you're looking to upgrade windows or doors you have these folks come out and show you what they can do for you and for your home.

Excellent experience with this company. Prompt no-nonsense estimate that beat the competitors hands-down. Prep work both interior and exterior was completed by the installers at no extra charge! Something none of the other companies offered. Money saving advice was given by Mr. Thompson in window selection which also enhanced the beauty of our home. And best of all is the quality of the windows! They operate smoothly and cut down on noise. We are happy with the thermal effects as well. The installers were courteous, efficient, and made sure the windows were clean. They even worked on a rainy day to install! And they completed the 10 window installation in one day! Both Mr. and Mrs. Thompson were pleasant and professional to work with. I can’t praise this company enough! They certainly exceeded our expectations.

This business is a very professional, family run and then relating to their customers in this way. So, I highly recommend them for the: best price and absolute bar-none service on replacement windows. Their installers are considerate and personable, and very spot-on about taking care of the customer from the clean-up to the take-down and out up and the efficiency of the loss of heat/ air in your home as they operate as well as with their willingness to do everything they can to accommodate a smooth install and getting you back to normal at the finish. They are the best on the market. I can't recommend them enough. The windows themselves are absolutely beautiful and the style that we chose has resulted in a beautiful, non-dated, classic look for our home that we have put a lot of time and effort into remodeling over the years. Mr. Tommy, the owner gave me exactly what I was looking for. Cindy, the Office Manager really worked with me to accommodate dates and times for meeting with the owner and getting this going! Greta business!
