These guys were great. Very patient and very SAST with the repair. I had a ram go bad and I wasn’t sure what the issue was. It didn’t seem like I had any viruses and I even rebooted the computer but they were able to catch the problem and replace the broken part

Before we contracted with Roanoke Computers for integrated IT services, our network used to crash constantly. Roanoke computers stepped in and took over and was able to tighten up our network security by implementing a content filtering system, which prevents spyware and viruses from entering in the first place. They have been providing service for our companies IT needs for the past 8 years. They've worked with us to develop a website, installed security cameras, a cloud based phone system and new computers at all of our locations and upgraded them as needed , and they put us on a reasonably priced maintenance plan. We've realized savings in both productivity and in fewer IT service calls. On a scale of 1-10, with 10 being outstanding then Roanoke Computer is a 10. This company has earned our trust and respect. Thanks again for a great experience with Roanoke Computers. These guys always go above and beyond - they are really fast - I am a single proprietor who CANNOT be without my computer for 3-5 days that is required to use the big box technical services. Johan has serviced my computer several times and has always accommodated my \I need it now\! He even brought it to my house at 11:30 one evening when I had to go out of town the next day. He always answers all my questions and shows me what he has done. I really appreciate these guys, their customer service, and their reasonable rates.
