The worst place to drop trailer. It was supposed to be 2-3 day drop. Lady in Grainger DC called me and said that trailer will be ready 6am Driver shows up and still not empty it is already 4th day. DO NOT TRUST THEM.
Ordered parts from Austin, that were supposedly shipped 5 days ago. Parts have never arrived, no way to track the shipment, and no assistance from Customer Service ! Don't do online business with these people.
Greatest employees that assist with every truck unload and load. Best that I've had in a long, long time. And I was just helping out!!!!
BLS one of the dumbest company I ever work ! I only work with this company for a week and half and the owner Ken does not know how to run the company at even with the new account that he just sign on with In texas . He talks about communications and that hes trying to make the company he works for to run good and better then the company thay what as there before him . So he gave me a Big lecture on running the company that he sign on better then the old company that was there pulling there fright so I though it was going good but then a week later out of nowhere. He just fire me and tells me that the reason he firing me because of me give attitude to the company ! But I was in shock cuz all the communication is done by phone text ..so I was just in shock that he will tell me that to my face knowing that I was being polite and honest in that phone text , overall it's not a great company to work for Expectedly working for Ken that doesn't know what hes doing and what hes saying. Hes confused and confusing the drivers as well don't work for this company in texas for Grainger in Roanoke,TX
