One of the best beaches in Cumbria, excellent open space, great for dog walks and family outings, car park has limited space but well worth a visit.

Lovely spot.... Stunning views just be aware that the car park is very small and once full, there is nowhere else to park. We arrived at 4pm until a out 6pm and found a spot.
Great place to go and breathe in some sea air. Well appointed national trust carpark that opens straight out onto the dunes. Nice boardwalks across the dunes to the beach where, when the tide's out there's fantastic space to let your dog off for a lead free walk. Very clean beach with lots of adventure in the dunes for kids and dogs alike.

Beautiful place for a walk, fab views, fresh air and not many people!
Great walk in any weather, there are sheep sometimes on the dunes so best keeping dog on a lead
Beautiful place to relax in the sun! Will definitely be coming back here if we're in the area!
