Well what can I say about the service nothing but excellent. From the moment Ian welcomed me to I drove away in the new vehicle my experience was second to none. From friendly staff where nothing is too much trouble, keeping in touch to let me know what was happening and my free coffee Mind you I already knew this as I was a repeat customer my wife’s turn next.

Absolutely outstanding customer service from an extremely personal, friendly and welcoming team. I first spoke to Ian via email and found him very informative, helpful and genuine. I then called the dealership and Mark helped me from then on. Mark kept in touch with me personally from the moment I called about purchasing my car right up until the day I bought it ...and beyond! This was over a 5 month period. He is a great sales executive and an asset to the team. And by the way - the car is incredible!! I would have no hesitation in recommending Roadside garages to anyone and can't imagine having a more positive experience. I was never made to feel pressured into taking anything extra that I didn't want and I left a very satisfied customer. Thank you!
I had recently pulled the door handle out of its recess due to a severe frost. When I called in with Roadside I was seen to within a few minutes and the problem sorted. This was first class service many thanks to the service department.
