Broke down and managed to get in to the service Staford m6 southbound as I’m disabled and can’t walk very far and I couldn’t get to the services to give them my registration number so I wouldn’t be charged so I emailed it to them and got a phone call on the Monday from a very nice lady who is in charge of the services and she sorted it all out for me,she was very kind I recommend the services because they do give perfect service and are so helpful

It was OK, car park was really dark and saw no signs for the exit. Toilets were clean and fresh, Costa coffee was good, McDonald's was busy and OK.good sized WHsmith with plenty of choice and there's a counter selling curries etc next to an amusement arcade. Petrol prices as usual for a service station are very expensive.
We stopped for some macdonalds and the lady serving us was lovely, she went out of her way to make our baby smile.
The toilets are a bloody disgrace. Lack of toilet paper, door locks broken and generally filthy. And no sanitizer at the fuel station.
Stopped to use the loo which was spotlessly clean. Good COVID arrangements.
