I went there today and bought a Bergen for cadets. Really helpful, Polite and very friendly and willing to explain about the products. Julian done a great job and even added some extras . Much better than other surpIus shops as they help allot would recommend this to everyone and ill definitely shop here again. It's perfect for Army Cadets, Adult instructors and serving soldiers. I visited RJH Militaria for the first time this week. I found the one to one service is extremely good. I was greeted by Julian who's service and professionalism was outstanding. I was very pleased with my purchase. Highly recommended.
If you are seeking military kit, with more than friendly customer service, then look no further than RJH Militaria. My first time visiting the store, I was under the impression that it was a shopfront store, not realising that they operate on a appointment basis. However, even with this in mind they we're very friendly and didn't turn me away, ultimately ending the day with a plethora of gear for both me and my accompanying friend. I would infidelity recommend this store to both cadet/cadet instructors and regulars alike. In recent times I have also noticed that the store has employed a 3rd member who I must say was rather polite and helpful in my shopping experience.

Customer service at it's finest. As a Cadet instructor, I needed help with some last minute items for Remembrance Sunday. They called me back as they said they would later that evening, quoted a fair price and got the item off in time. And they threw in a few extras too. All much appreciated and would highly recommend.
