Fantastic customer service from Rob and the team. Had an issue with my roof, which was causing a leak into the third bedroom. Spoke to Rob and he arranged to come over and take a look the following day. We agreed the work and price and Rob kept in communication throughout. The chaps arrived and carried out the work in under a day and walked me through exactly what had been done to the roof. Brilliant and trustworthy roofing service! Thank you to Rob and his team for an outstanding garage loft renovation which was executed in a professional, timely manner and importantly with consideration to our neighbours. Nothing was too much trouble and on one occasion a sub-contractor had not secured the protective covering over the untiled roof, one call to Rob on a Saturday afternoon and the matter was resolved in less than half an hour. It is very obvious why this business is going from strength to strength and I too have no hesitation in recommending them.

Our property is an old house in a conservation area and we are keen to preserve the look and feel of the property so anyone working on our home has to be a master craftsman capable of repair and restoration to a high cosmetic standard. Robbie and his team at RJ Roofing Limited came promptly in response to a leak in our roof that damaged our bathroom ceiling. He identified damaged cement around the base of our chimney and some lost cement and damaged tiles at the roof edge as the source of the water ingress and was able to arrange for Paul Windsor from Origin Access Scaffolding to set up access scaffolding within a few days. We were particularly impressed by the synergy between the two businesses to ensure no delays; Robbie's roofers were climbing as the last of the scaffolding was being bolted into place. The chimney has been flashed with lead to a very high standard and the edge of the roof re-cemented with a line of nice new tiles chosen to match the originals. Some rotten battens had to be replaced at minimal extra cost. Robbie's team worked flat out to get the job done before it started raining again, clearly took great pride in their workmanship and they left the site clean and tidy, taking all of the old cement and tiles away with them. Even with the extra work to replace rotten woodwork, the overall cost was very reasonable, and Robbie's customer service and attention to detail means that we wouldn't hesitate to recommend the services of RJ Roofing Limited to anyone who has problems with their roof.
