I needed an urgent test result, and was told at the airport that SmartLab offered a 1 hour service. On arrival at Smartlab, they said it was a 2 to 2.5 hour service. The price was a 'discounted' 1,150 Riyal which is crazy high. Also you can only receive it (for some bizarre reason) on a Saudi mobile number. One of the staff offered to use his number to receive it and forward to me on whatsapp. Kind of him but it's not a sensible procedure. In the end, there was no chance for me to take my flight later, as in fact, their '2 to 2.5 hour' service took about 5 hours. They cleverly cover themselves by documenting the 'result' as being produced about 2 hours after the test, but you have no way of checking that. In any event, them having the result in their labs is no use to you until you get the documents. The operator was apparently preparing these from home to send to me. And he even then asked for copies of my passport (which had already been taken at the test). So the fair summary is - allow 5 hours, and be prepared for an expensive test. If you have the time, go somewhere cheaper

Got my results back in the period as stipulated without any issues and the report system in-place could not be any easer to use. Highly recommended!

Perfect Lab to get test Covid 19 for travel document. I had experience to do Covid 19 test in here. The way Officer took sample in to my nose, It didn't hurt me so much. They are very professional and skillfull. It took about 7 hours to get the result or certificate and cost approx SAR 950. Parking lot is very wide inside the compound. And near there You also can find fast food i.e. Mc D' If You are in International Trip, it is highly recommended to do test in here.
