Above average shawarma at a reasonable price. The juice isn't all that great but acceptable. Location of the restaurant is excellent though.

Healthy and fresh food always served this is what I experienced with Karam, I tried usually juice, seafood and lentil soup, salad. Sea food soup is a must try thing here, it's taste yummy if you are following diet plan then prefer juice with salad. It's next to body master khobar so one can visit for healthy diet meal.
They're using a big amount of fats in their mutton kabab, and they do mind asking another piece of garlic sauce! I'm regardless of whatever amount you've spent, they will follow the rule which is ridiculous.
Karam restaurant serve all kind of Mashawi and friend chicken along with Shawarma. I come here by now and then to enjoy the basic old shawarma ; it taste good. Also i like to order manaqich zaater that i found to some degree good
Shawarma is best here.
