This is a great compound to live at. There are many facilities in walkable distance. It has one basketball court and a football ground. Apart from the playing area , it also has a jogging area and a park view with grass for small gatherings. It has many swings and slides for small children which makes it ideal for the families to have a small outting. There are 2 mosques located at the start and end of this compound which makes it accessible for both the sides to choose which mosque is near. The jummah prayer is perfomed at the bigger mosque. There is adequate parking for the visitors which is an added benefit and makes the area less congested.

A bit costly flats but nice place to stay with garden and play area for kids and elders for walk and exercise with full 24x7 security of Mathar housing board

Good place to live . The homes are spacious with all other amenities. There are parks inside but the compound is not gated. Many stores providing grocery, salon, etc are available inside.
