It is a closed gate apartment complex compound. It is the first gated compound in KSA established in 1976. Keeping that in mind you can imagine the design and built is very outdated. Low ceilings and small rooms. These are managed buildings which frees you from any maintenance work. It has a shared play area with swings and basketball court. It also has a shared swimming pool. It is located in the center of the city but has plenty of outside parking for visitors.
