One star is an overstatement. I wish I could give it a zero. Convenient but NOT safe or secured for you vehicles, specially your boat. I stored my boat here for 6 months and many times I raised concerns about the gate being open and unsecured for many days(apparently because of key pad issues), almost 3 weeks later fixed. Many times individuals will wait for anyone to dial in their code and they will drive in right behind. Until lately a very expensive speaker system in my boat was stolen out of this facility but no surveillance was available for the theft. I understand that theft do happen, specially at unsecured location but again that is why we pay so our property is not only safe but away from thieves. Apparently, not the case at this facility. Do you want your property to be safe? Pay a bit more somewhere else with actual humans on site during the day and a good security and surveillance system. UPDATE. I understand that you are trying to protect your business with your reply but when you hint that you are still waiting on a Police as in “it might NOT be a Police Report” that this never happened at all, that is low. You could assist with the Police report but your storage facility could not produce anything older than 30 days. Now THAT is poor quality security.

The staff at the Riverview Xpress Storage are a great team. Anytime I had a issue they would always resolve it immediately. Very professional and understanding. This was my second time using there facility. 5 stars

Xpress Storage is a very clean and secure facility. The management is highly professional and courteous. I do recommend this storage facility to everyone and will use them again for my future needs.
Great location, secure, 24 hour access is the best for moving schedules. Gave plenty or reminders on future due and keeping the unit. Checkout was easy
