Was referred here by my primary Dr. for my migraines. After reading the reviews I called and made my appointment. I don’t know why these reviews say what they do....from my initial call to my first visit and making a follow-up appointment, EVERYONE was so nice and pleasant. Dr. Whitt listened to everything and got me started on a new medicine plan right away. Great place great people....highly recommend..

Dr. Whitty was fine, his office staff however is unnecessarily rude and lack even basic customer service skills. They either need better training or new people.
I was a new patient and will never go back. Thank God another neroulogist squeezed me in the same day. The receptionist is the rudest person I ever met. She huffed and puffed and mumbled about me because I did exactly what she told me to do.on the phone two weeks before because I was a new patient. Then talkin to the doctor was a waste of the 5 minutes able to talk to him. He only went by my opinon of what was wrong and gave me medicine which was the wrong thing because if he would have evn taken a minute to listen to my symptoms or ask questions he would have known it wasnt what my ENT thought. My new neroulogist asked me questions and listened and was able to put me on the right medicine. The only nice person in the office is the new Lady who took me back and did my blood pressure. I went to him for answers and help and two min after walking in was treated rudely then my time with the doctor was a waste if my time and money. Thank God I got to get into another doctor who actually listens to tge people who are tgere paying for his help.
I just started seeing Dr. Witty and felt he and his staff were very kind and conciderate. I feel as though I was heard and he explained the next steps in my care in detail. I had read some negative reviews online but was referred to him by a friend who is a nurse and I was not disappointed.
The lady who answered the phone was very rude!
