Love going to this wendys! Always go for 4 for 4 and i am always satisfied with the food, service and how well kept the dining area is. So grateful to the employees who always give me great customer service and recently kept my personal items safe when i had left them behind! Next time i will definitely get some names because these employees deserve to be acknowledged

I’ve been waiting at the register for 10 min nobody has came up here worst customer service I ever had
12:20am I pull up, they “close at 1:00am”. They say “we’re closed” before I can even respond and say. “Don’t you close at 1:00am?” They didn’t even respond. I pull up to the window, and see a worker just sitting on his phone. Meanwhile the cook walks by with an AirPod on, grabs his food and just walks to the back again.. this isn’t the first time this happen. But as a secret shopper I’m glad I’ll have a conversation with the store manager to look at the cameras.. new store and already having workers turn down customers to make them profitable.
I enjoy Wendy's burgers. I will get the #1 double 50% of the time. I love the 4 for 4 deal as it is tasty and economical. This Wendy's is close and I have visited more often then I should. The floor is greasy? slippery? I have experienced this in other food places and find it annoying. The drink dispensers are usually in need of attention. Either out of product or not set up well. The staff that assisted me was awesome. My son (6) is quiet but wanted to order his own food. The associate was patient, polite and I could even tell she was smiling (regardless of being forced to wear a mask).
Best experience in wendy's. Visited first time. Was surprised they have chily soup
