Being hired for talking french but then not being allowed to talk French in class. I find it disrespectful and inconsiderate because we are there to learn and sometime its easier to understand certain sentences if they are said in French. If the teacher can ONLY talk and understand English that is not my problem, you are in a bilingual province, you should expect people talking French in front of you and I make the effort of being bilingual, it is my right to be able to talk French, its your problem for not being bilingual. Beside that, the people there were nice, there is good advantage for insurance and pay rate. If you speak only English go for it, if you speak French and you are proud of it I would not recommend this place.
I agree the staff at the target.com of Tech Mahindra is not caring to their employees the senior most staff behavior is very rude at least you should not be working with good people . The senior most will only upgrade the people whom they have decided. They will abuse you every day in the name of quality and finally you will be feeling broke will leave the job. so if you looking for very very short term ?? then this is the place ......please come and enjoy unhealthy minds of the seniors who dont care of the employees.
TechM don’t follow any of the local rules and regulations, wondering still how they operate here. They don’t follow the Canadian stat holidays or double pay system. TechM doesn’t respect you as an individual. They don’t keep their word. They are 0% trusted. They give false promises and hopes to candidates who apply for open positions.Your job in TechM is 0%secured which you can loose any moment. New comers and immigrants please stay away from this company they don’t help you to get your PR, don’t fall for their AIPP or PNP trap. They promised AIPP to many people and made them move from different locations to Moncton and fired them after two months without giving proper notice, the reason was they lost contract with their client , which was aware during the hiring process. In your life at any point if you are in a position to work for this employer please don’t be loyal to them because they will stab you in the back so look for another opportunity at the earliest and utilize the time. I am so ashamed to admit that I worked for them for more than a year.
Cannot be trusted, they are not operated in a professional way, they will hire you and fire you without providing any notice. Even they won't provide stat holidays and double pay like any of the Canadian companies, like me there are many victims who were layed off from Tech Mahindra without any notice, don't fall for the AIPP trap.

They offer good opportunities for new immigrants and new people at Moncton. The location is little bit away from the downtown. But you can manage it by 52 and 81 Codiac bus if you don't have your own car. The HR is friendly.
