New owners was good news and I'm happy to see the place up and running. The last 5 times I placed online orders they have been wrong. I have called about the mistakes twice . The 1st time the man I spoke with (I believe was an owner ) was incredibly understanding apologized for the mistake and offered to replace the sub (wonderful customer service) The second time was today. I placed an online order and one sub had zero lettuce on it. When I called a young man answered the phone listened to what I had to say asked me to wait a moment and conferred with his co-worker (Cindy?) . Her advise was to tell me if I wanted them to do something about it to drive up and they will give me some lettuce...... Not how I would deal with a mistake I made on someone's food . Disappointed to say the least.
Rally good they draw a big lunch crowd so if you can get there a little early the quicker you will get out! Neat and Clean friendly service
Do NOT eat here! Ordered a salad and got food poisoning. I have never been that sick in my life.
