Update: new guy promptly came back out and re cleaned carpets. Looks much better. Carpets look pretty much the same as before the cleaning. Carpets did not dry until a whole 24 hrs later. Now there’s a weird texture to the carpet.

Kelso Tanner came over to clean the carpets in my Mom's mobile home. He did an amazing job, the results were night and day! He was also able to steam clean her recliner as a last minute request. Very professional, wore a mask and his booties, and was so friendly. Highly recommended.
Paid for tile and grout clean and clear sealed in 3 bathrooms, kitchen and hallway. The grout does not look cleaned at all and floors have looked better after a routine mopping. Also paid for a clean and protect on a fairly new sofa (just to refresh the fabric) and the one slight surface stain that was present is still there. The crew was friendly but they left wet boot prints all over the rest of my floors which now require cleaning. While I appreciate the speed of service I feel like if they spent more than an hour in my home for all the services I requested then the results would have been better and worth the hundreds I spent. And then to have to go behind them and mop up their boot prints on all my other floors....not impressed.
I had some grout cleaned and painted on Monday July 1, 2019. I was satisfied with work and the result. The grout looked great when finished. After the workers had left, I noticed outside a flower bed leading to my front door was trashed. The workers had run the hoses through my flower bed, smashing the flowers that had been flourishing there. My Husband had just fertilized this bed and mulched it on Sat. I called Stanley Steemer on Monday and was told a manager would be contacting me. Today is Friday I have heard nothing from Stanley Steemer.
