Veteran with numerous disabilities. I went on disability in 2017 to try and get the help I needed while working for Spectrum and they fired me and took my medical insurance after a few months of being on disability. Then they placed me under collections for a Complementary Account that was part of my employment agreement. Even after contacting Evis Mitre (HR Manager) she has refused to help with the credit entry, ADA accommodations, Disability paperwork or the VA paperwork that was needed to be filled out. By federal law, I was entitled to 2 years of disability pay while I was getting the help I so badly needed for the slew of medical issues I currently deal with on a daily basis. They basically shut the door behind me and said good luck, then sent me to collections for an account that was part of the employment agreement. I saved this company millions in lawsuits against multiple companies and local governments and this is how they treat their employees. Not to mention their services are a complete ripoff. Everyone was extremely unhappy there once Charter Communications took over Bright House and made everything fall under their corporate umbrella. If I could give them negative rating... I absolutely would.

Riverview FairWay Meadows Drive Location This was the most amazingly antiquated customer service operation I have ever seen in 2020. Everyone, I mean everyone is waiting here for unheard of time...for different reasons. Just to drop off equipment, switch a box or get additional equipment. A joke. Come on Spectrum, you're a tech company. Put that technology in your customer's experience. Put a scanner in the store, let it print receipt for drop off equipment. Have a phone only line or two and let everyday issues flow in and out. Waiting an hour for anything is so 1975. Get with it spectrum
Today was a great day, our technician(Jeremiah) came out to our new house here in Apollo Beach Florida. Jeremiah, was very respectful of our home, he put his boot covers on, he went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with his installation and ultimate connections. Thank You Jeremiah for your Professionalism and looking back to say, \ do you all need me to do any more connections in the house\ and Thank you for your Service in The United States Navy. My wife and I think Jeremiah should be giving a \People Skills\ Class to all Spectrum Tech's... 5 thumbs up to Spectrum and Jeremiah... God Speed!!!
