Live here if you want to live with cockroaches. Horrible place. We had problems with our neighbors fighting late at night. I had to miss work on multiple occasions because they were so loud!The landlord literally did nothing. She was always rude to talk to whenever we had a problem and would pretend she never had a complaint before when we complained multiple times about the same problem. The building is full of drunks (there was puke in the hall in multiple occasions!). We found 2 cockroaches coming out from the walls, and our landlord said that it was safe to live with cockroaches and would not let us out of the lease. One day she went to checkout our apartment and left my door unlocked for the rest of the day. Very unprofessional.

I went to see an apartment with them and agreed to take it. I paid them a deposit of 700.00. When I went to sign the contract and collect my keys, they gave me a different apartment than the one I saw. this apartment was in poor condition. I let them know that I was not happy with this and asked for my deposit as I had not signed the contract. They refused to return even part of my deposit and blocked my number from their business number. I called with a friends phone multiple Times and when they heard my name they would hang up on me. I felt that they had cheated on me. THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. It happened in December 2020
Just finished renting from them. They would not follow up on maintence request including things like the front door that doesn't open. Never mind the fire hazard that is. Don't expect to have working public appliances, it took them four months to replace a broken clothes washer, and fix fire alarms. To top it off, in person they told us they would give us the full security deposit back, but then shorted us when the cheque came.
The staff is very unprofessional My fridge was broken for over 3 months I've had to call every single day to ask for them to replace it They kept saying: we will call you tomorrow before we come. Never hear anything everyday. Then I threatened them with a written notice to repair it and mentioned I've filed a claim thru the rentalsmen. The next day they knock at 9am and say hey we have a fridge for you (no notice what so ever) I've read reviews from this company and protected myself for the security deposit, i threatened them using the rentalsmen again and I got my full security deposit back once I moved out. BIG NOTE TO PEOPLE WHO ARE GOING TO RENT: DO NOT PAY THEM THE SECURITY DEPOSIT DIRECTLY, YOU CAN GIVE YOUR DEPOSIT TO SERVICE NB OFFICE AND GET RECIEPT AND PROMISE RETURN ONCE DONE RENTING.
If I could rate them a half a star I would. I've rented from this company and know people who have worked for this company. They are horrible people and very crooked. She has broken into apartments while they aren't home, cut off electricity before they've moved out, argued and yelled at people in hallways, left single mothers without power for weeks... Don't ever rent from them.
DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. You will NEVER get any maintenance done by them. 7 months....SEVEN MONTHS...its been and every month I have requested that they do the requested maintenance and all they will do is send you a message saying is "I'll have someone sent over". Guess what...NO ONE COMES. But when it's time for them to collect rent...and you don't pay because they haven't done their job for SEVEN MONTHS...they come like blood hounds and will give you an eviction notice WITHIN 2 hours. HORRIBLE company. Do NOT rent from this terrible company. If I could not give a star I would. Can't tell if they're lazy, bad at their jobs or just straight up thieves. 800/month for rent and they can't do maintenance FOR 7 MONTHS. TERRIBLE.
I wish I could give a negative star!! This is the worst property management company in Canada! I do no suggest anyone rent off them.. I live in a brand new unit... that is still unfinished with promise to finish improper notice of people coming to our unit... I’ve had the super intendand lie and harass me!! They ignore phone calls and emails I’m happy I’ve had no emergencies because they wouldn’t answer anyways... there so unorganized! I am currently searching for a new place to live... 9/10 people I talk to that are tennants at Seville properties have mutual feelings!
