Real shame there isn't a zero star option. Put storage coverage on my Jeep. A few weeks later after everything was approved and insured, I receive an email saying that their underwriters have stated I cannot have a storage policy without a valid Safety. The Jeep needs a storage policy while I fix it to pass a safety. Now I've been informed that to cancel all my automotive coverage and switch providers, I lose my deposits PLUS have a 190 cancellation fee. How is it that I'm being held responsible for any charges? Why should I stay with a provider that will supply coverage and then change their minds and revoke it with just 2 weeks notice? They walked away from me, why on earth can't I walk away from them with my other vehicles. My agent is amazing, that's about all I have to say on the good side. Will advise anybody I know looking for new coverage to stay far, FAR away.
