My husband tried to deposit cash using the self serve kiosk, the machine took the money and spit out a bank error. Because he was putting it in my account instead of his own they refused to give him the money back or to deposit it into my account....depositing money into someone's account isn't illegal- but taking it and not giving it back is. The branch manager was too busy all afternoon to speak with me. Terrible service. Employees aren't empowered enough to use common sense.

The are so poor customer service I call asking about my lone the keep for 2 hours on phone after 2 hours someone pick up the phone ask to much question about my name my address my phone number D.O.B my Visa card number my loan number after all this she put me on hold for 10 minutes after she comeback and told me go to near scotiabank I ask her why she can’t told me anything ask for supervisor she said the are not available at this time Her name was Breeanna
