I had such an amazing experience at scarlet ink studio, Vanessa made me feel very comfortable and she was beyond gentle. Good experience all around with starting my gorgeous half sleeve that I’m in love with! Can’t wait to go back and get it all finished and to do so many more tattoo ideas with her! Definitely recommend this studio! Also a big thing I want to mention is the artistic skill is unbelievable, she worked with me to make my sleeve idea come to life and made it even better than I ever could’ve ever imagined!
Finding a female artist was a bonus, finding a female artist that masters fine lining was even better! Vanessa was very detail oriented when placing my tattoo, she offered rest and water, she was so personable and so funny! Vanessa KNOWS what she is talking about when it comes to colors, design and layout. She walked me through her cleaning instructions and aftercare, and even sent me a digital copy when I accidentally dropped my copy at her location. I honestly couldn't be happier after my first session! My friends are completely obsessed with it (as am I), I am so so so pumped for my next session with her! I will definitely be going back to her for future tattoos! 5 stars. Highly recommend.

Vanessa is an incredible artist who knows the ins and outs of her industry. She recently reworked a memorial piece for my grandmother and I am beyond obsessed. To take a tattoo you’re ashamed of and turn it into a beautiful piece of art is a difficult task to accomplish. I can’t thank Vanessa and scarlet ink studios enough for their awesome customer service and I will definitely be back and send all my ink and piercing addict friends their way!!
I am normally not a person to post a negative review but I really feel people need to be informed on things like this. My mother came here to get her tragus pierced in January and it was a disaster. The first post that was put in was too small and her ear got so swollen that the gem popped off when she want back to the piercer she mixed up the days and my mom ended up waited over an hour for her to come to the shop. She then proceeded to clamp and re-insert another longer post into a fresh piercing. My mom is lucky something worse didn't come of all this ... in the end the swelling never came down and she cut the piercing off her self due to the extreme pain. I don't think her ear will EVER be the same. What a shame.
