Ray is a great butcher. Cares about quality and service. The meat quality is always top notch. He's premarinated range of chicken and lamb are my kids' favourites. My wife and i love the premium steaks. If you like biltong, can't go wrong here.

So fortunate to have met Ray and Sean (forgive me if it's spelt Shaun) This little butcher is a real gem. Set amongst the little cluster of shops on Yorks Corner, the meats are of a quality you won't find in the big supermarkets. I vow to support you gentlemen for as long as you exist.
Best butcher in Sydney really knows his meat, ask where each piece comes from! The only thing he could do better is personally know the animal!!
Great quality meats. Ray always does some fancy marinated that are ready to go. Easy in class. I love it!
Best local butcher. A little pricey but the quality is outstanding and the staff will go that extra mile like chopping up meat ready for skewers or stir fry. The chicken and leak sausages are amazing.
