Are these people sure they are reviewing the correct Rite Aid? I have moved further away from this location and still specifically go to it specifically because I love the Pharmacy staff!

Everytime I go into this store it looks abandoned. There is not a single person that seems to work there. I stand at the register for long periods of time trying to check out, but no one ever comes. This place is a joke. I don't know why I bother. I am not coming back.

Extremely happy with the pharmacist(s)/pharmacy. They are very knowledgeable and always answer my questions on medications and insurance issues that arise. Very confident in the employees and the service. I love the drive thur and I never have to wait long for prescriptions here. They get it right the first time and that’s what is important to me.

The store is cleaner now with the change, easier to move around. I love the sarcasm I get from some of the staff. Sarcasm helps me breath and someone who wields it like they do is a breath of fresh air. I think some people think they are rude because they answer questions without sugar coating it.

Absolutely abysmal place to go for anything from prescriptions to toiletries. Forget about getting any modicum of customer service. The manager of the store is one of the most unprofessional people I have ever encountered. I can't even believe I have to write a negative review (I won't even send food back at a restaurant) but I was so utterly disgusted with this place (a place I have shopped at and filled prescriptions for many years) that I had to take the time to warn others. I won't get into the ugly details, but the pharmacist said something really insensitive to my wife out loud about prescription medications she was taking and I called the manager to let her know that it should be addressed. Not the end of the world but it shouldn't happen again as it's inappropriate. No big deal right? The manager would not walk to the back of the store citing that \she was up front and they were all the way in the back back\ and subsequently ended up hanging up on me when I asked her name. Went into the store personally to talk to her and she first lied and smiled and said we got disconnected. I told her she said \bye\ before hanging up and she started stammering. She actually gave me a fake name after telling me she didn't have to give me her name at all. What she didn't realize is that the person working up front called her to the front using the PA which said her real name. FACEPALM. The whole experience was embarassingly bad. I left in complete disbelief that such a small place could be so utterly incompetent from top to bottom. Despite being much farther away, if I was on fire, I'd rather drive to CVS to buy the water to put myself out.
