I went to get balloons for our son's birthday party and the staff recommended waiting to have them filled until the day of the party to avoid the latex ones drooping. I made an appointment to pick them up but when I showed up they had run out of helium. John had gone to another store to get them filled and Cassandra offered to deliver the balloons to our house. I accepted and picked up the cake and drove home to be met by John with the delivery of the balloons. The owners were knowledgeable of their products and when they ran into problems, provided timely and effective solutions. I could not have asked for more from a service provider. I will be using Partrific for all my party supplies in the future. Thank you Cassandra and John.
