I’ve been to this clinic 2-3 times for minor issues and had great care. Really better than waiting to get in my Dr office and less than co pay for me. Very convenient. So far.

Online it says walk ins, in the store it says walk ins, and on Google it says walk ins. Get there 15 minutes before they open. Wait for 45 minutes (8:15-9 AM) for my son to be seen for a simple school physical. Keep in mind the clinic is supposed to open at 8:30 AM. Ask the CVS associates and they don’t have a clue as to why the doctor isn’t there. Finally she walks in at 9 AM and tells me I need an appointment. You can walk-in she said and make an appointment on the kiosk but it is not actually a walk in. You still have to wait like the others who made an appointment she said. I informed her no one told me that and I have been waiting with two young kids during a pandemic with masks on for 45 minutes! Unbelievable. Poor customer service. Do not go here. Don’t spend your money at a place that doesn’t care about people’s time and falsely advertises to get people in the door.

Place is a joke, came in as a walk in. Walked up to the sign in monitor and it displayed an estimated an 0-5minute wait time. Which made sense because no one was in the lobby. But went through the process of setting up appointment and inserted my card for payment. To be told I have to wait 4 1/2 hours for my appointment. Forget me if I’m wrong? But I thought this was supposed to be a walk-in clinic that provided quick services. If I wanted to wait long periods of time to get what I needed done. I would of set an appointment with my primary doctor. Thanks for wasting my time, don’t waste your time utilizing their services. Unless you have time \u200d️

I made an appointment online. I arrived on time for my appointment and they decided to walk in a patient that was 15 mins late for her appointment. This is a joke. If your patient is not on time they need to seat a wait an open spot and not make the pato that arrived on time wait. Especially with COVID-19 lurking.

Daily Gaming

Called the number went through all the prompts for over 4 minutes it kept on telling me information I didn’t request. Finally it said it will transfer me to the minute clinic call center and then they said to text a number or get the information online when the information I needed is not found online.
