Alan and his team are incredible. We had received a quote from another company of almost 6,000.00 to replace our AC and Freon lines alone... we called Alan at Lucky’s Heating and Cooling and he gave us a much cheaper quote and even helped us get a refund from the previous company who had over charged us by almost 400 just for a diagnostic visit. He and his team are determined to give you the best experience and quality possible. They did an amazing job and I would never go to any other company based on the service, product and quality of work they did.

I called them on Friday and they followed up on Saturday and had an estimate set up for today from the window of 3p-5p and they did a no show. I called them and they said \Oh it must've not got put in the computer\. I am a nurse and work 12 hour midnight shifts and woke up 2 hours early to accommodate them. The lady I spoke with said she would \check and see if a tech could make it today\ but I had to leave for work at 5:30. I didn't feel a real sense of urgency to keep a customer. She apologized and said if I changed my mind to give them a call.
Told me my motor on my condenser for my ice machine was bad 1000 to fix. I bought the 30 part and replaced it myself in 25 min. It turned out not to be the problem. It was the compressor itself. So I would have paid 1000 to fix something not broken. Lord knows what they would charge for compressor.
Had a new furnace and A/C unit installed. Very satisfied with every aspect of the experience. The crew was very professional and courteous. The cleanup was more than I expected. Will recommend highly for anyone I know that needs Heating or A/C service.
I had a leak on my ac unit, he told me the caps need to be replaced and it to be refilled so we paid for both and after a week of having ac it started to decline more and more. I hit the breaking point after two months. Called them and they told me well we can’t help unless you pay the service fee for us to come out again because I should have had them check for more leaks. I’m not a heating and cooling expert so how am I suppose to know? The guy told me I changed the caps and filter so it’s all good now. Shouldn’t be anymore problems. So when they told me I will be charged again for the same problem I’m taking my business elsewhere.
