I wouldn’t give any star but you have to in order to write. The Lady that attended my babe of 1 month old told me more then five times that my babe girl was not hydrated because her blood was not flowing good. I went to my pediatrician and she told she did not know what she was doing. She was suppose to get the blood from her arm not from her foot heel. She made my babar go through a bad experience for nothing.
I had to get blood work for my school and they were so sweet from the receptionist to the phlebotomist! i would recommend the place!
This is the best lab Corp location in town. Katrina is efficient, friendly and she is always able to draw my blood with no problems even though I have been told my veins roll. Sometimes Katrina is alone and still very efficient and friendly. Today Katrina was not at the location and the young lady that was there was also very friendly and efficient. Other lab Corp locations could learn from Katrina.
Dr ordered emergency la work , and when we show up they don't have it because their fax machine is broken Really? So anyone who had their paperwork faxed cannot get their labs done. Inexcusable.
Been waiting over two hours. Only one person working here. This is ridiculous. Here for a drug screen desperately trying to hold me pee.
Best labcorp location in town!! I had to take my 4 yo for lab testing, first went to Bloomingdale location (their power was out and they were directing everyone to the Parsons location), then went to Parsons because they didn’t answer the phone, then landed here. The check in kiosk was incredibly easy to use, they are limiting the amount of people in the waiting room for COVID procedures (which was great), and they provided patients the option to wait in their car and receive a text when it is your turn (for comfort — I loved this). We didn’t wait long, and found out there was only one young lady working, which surprised me since the process was going so quickly and we were walk-ins. I wish I remembered her name because she was excellent during the blood draw for my 4 yo, she was kind, patient, understanding, and so quick! She put a Garfield bandage on top of the wrap at my daughter’s request which made her cheer up (blood draws for young children are scary). I would recommend this place to anyone, but especially if you have a young child that has to get lab work — 10/10 experience for something no parent or child wants to do. Thank you again for taking care of my daughter!! ((For management reading this, our visit was on Monday Aug 17 2020, if that helps narrow down the excellent woman who helped us, please give her a raise!!))
First time here and I will continue to come here. Very impressed. Checked in at 950a. Appointment was at 1015a. Was seen and out by 1015a. Katrina was able to complete the bloodwork with one attempt. I’m normally very difficult but she was amazing. Professional and quick!
