After careful consideration, I decided to write this post in hope that this will help to improve patients' care. The front office was excellent, but the patients' care was sub-par. Never even got examined once after 4 appointments, and X-rays and MRI were mentioned but never gone over in details. At last appointment, vital signs were taken using the wrong arm. I cancelled all future appts after that and found me a new pain clinic. Not sure what else to say. Hope they can do a better job from now on for everyone that is how it should be! Too bad, just too bad!
Rachel and the office are absolutely professionals as well as a pleasure to see everytime I come in. Dr and PA's are nice as well and everyone is very accommodating. I have been coming here for years now and won't ever leave these world class professionals! Thank you for improving my quality of life!
Today I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Patel for my first consultation. From the moment you walked into this office, you are greeted in the upmost profession manner. The atmosphere is warm and inviting to all. I was given very informative information in regards to my serve back pain. Dr. Patel took the time to explain in detail all the options to relieve my pain. After meeting with Dr. Patel, I met with the patient liaison Nicole, she was very kindhearted and comforting. She assisted with scheduling my MRI appointment. I left out of the office pleased with the outcome, and look forward to scheduling future appointments at Interventional Pain Specialist. Thanks again IPS Staff!!!
Staff is great overall. Followup is very important to me and the staff does a wonderful job of it! Thank you all!!
